The story of La Lunetière began in 2022 with Joanny Faucher, a licensed optician. A native of Saint-Ludger, her dream had always been to open her own eyewear store in Lac-Mégantic. Having worked in the optical industry since 2009 and having already opened a store in Saint-Georges in 2018, she now leverages all the expertise she has acquired over the years to offer professional, personalized, and accessible service.
In 2026, Ève Demontigny joined the La Lunetière adventure by partnering with the Mascouche branch, scheduled to open in March 2026. This new step marks the growth of La Lunetière and the desire to offer the same warm and pressure-free approach to an ever-growing clientele.
